REFUND POLICY

Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand our guidelines regarding returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.

Returns and Exchanges

At The Raw Theory, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards and reaches you in perfect condition.

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, leaked, incorrect, or expired.

Damaged or Defective Products

Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at Support@therawtheory.com along with your order number, clear images of the product, packaging, invoice, and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for review or approval.

Resolution and Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. The decision regarding the resolution shall remain solely at the discretion of The Raw Theory after verification of the claim.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Timelines for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped. The Raw Theory reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that are already under processing, packed, dispatched, or out for delivery.

Exceptions and Sale Items

Products purchased during promotional sales, discount campaigns, limited-time offers, combo deals, clearance sales, or special events may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for issues arising due to allergic reactions, individual skin sensitivities, misuse of products, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions. Customers are advised to carefully read product descriptions, ingredient lists, directions for use, and patch test recommendations before purchasing or using any skincare product.

Disputes and Policy Abuse

In cases where a package is marked as delivered by the courier partner but the customer claims non-receipt, The Raw Theory reserves the right to investigate the matter with the logistics provider before processing any refund or replacement request. Resolution timelines in such cases may vary depending on the investigation process.

The Raw Theory reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests in cases involving suspicious activity, abuse of policy, repeated claims, or fraudulent behavior.
