Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise specified during launches, promotions, or sale periods.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier service availability
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational or logistical delays

Important Shipping Terms

  • Delays caused by courier services, third-party logistics providers, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, transportation disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control
  • Delivery timelines mentioned on the website or at checkout are estimated only and should not be considered guaranteed commitments
  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information, including full address, contact number, landmark, and postal code
  • The Raw Theory shall not be responsible for delayed deliveries, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or losses arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading shipping details provided by the customer

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personal care and hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare products, all purchases made on The Raw Theory are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

However, returns/replacements/refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • A wrong item has been delivered
  • The package appears tampered with upon delivery

Claim Process

To raise a valid claim, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Order/invoice details
  • A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from a sealed condition

Claims raised without sufficient proof may not be eligible for approval.

Refund/Replacement Timeline

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement product may be sent, subject to availability, or
  • A refund may be initiated to the original payment method

Approved refunds or replacements are generally processed within 5–7 business days, although actual bank credit timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
