Pricing & Payments

For COD Orders -

• Customers opting for COD are expected to ensure availability to receive the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery
• Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future COD eligibility

For Authorized payment gateways -

• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation
• In the event of payment failure, declined transaction, or incomplete payment, the order will not be confirmed
• The Raw Theory reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious payment activity

Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp, subject to successful payment and order verification.

However, receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order. The Raw Theory reserves the right to review and accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in situations including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Customer Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been packed, processed, or dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

If an order is successfully cancelled, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our refund timelines and payment processing policies.

Important Shipping Terms

• Delays caused by courier services, third-party logistics providers, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, transportation disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control
• Delivery timelines mentioned on the website or at checkout are estimated only and should not be considered guaranteed commitments
• Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information, including full address, contact number, landmark, and postal code

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personal care and hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare products, all purchases made on The Raw Theory are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

However, returns/replacements/refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• A wrong item has been delivered
• The package appears tampered with upon delivery

Claim Process
